It has been researched and proven that regular massage therapy sessions can help keep you out of pain, lower your stress, blood pressure, reduce depression and keep you feeling great. To help you stay on track and keep massage therapy as part of your health and wellness routine, Natural Balance Massage Therapy offers a Monthly Membership! 

Professional/Advanaced Pricing: 60 minute: $55 / 90 minute: $85

Master Pricing: 60 minute $64 / 90 minute: $99

Monthly Balance Membership Includes: 

One 60 or 90 minute massage a month.
10% Off second massage during the month
$10 Off gift certificates (excludes packages)
Birthday gift during birthday month

Conditions and Agreements

*Members can cancel at anytime.

*A member may pay the difference if they sign up under the Professional/Advance plan and schedule with a Master therapist. However, if a member signs up under a master therapist and sees a professional/advanced therapist they will not be refunded the difference.

*If a member would like to change their 60 minute membership to a 90 minute membership, they will need to complete a new form.

*90 minute sessions are not able to be divided into shorter sessions.

*Members are unable to purchase gift certificates for themselves.

*If a member does not schedule for two consecutive months, they will automatically be removed from the membership program and will have to wait until the following quarter before joining again.

* If a member has an appointment scheduled and cancels, that session will rollover into the next month. Natural Balance will not pull the following month until the missed session is used. Natural Balance pulls membership on an individual member basis to prevent sessions accumulating. This allows that sessions do not accumulate and therefore there is no sessions that need to be made up.

*By signing up for the monthly membership, you are accepting that monthly payment is not refundable.
