Class Description: opens the practice of yoga to all, regardless of age, physical challenges and current level of physical ability. Chair yoga provides the student comfortable support without the stress and strain of getting down to or up from the floor. Meditation and breath work are incorporated into the practice. Chair yoga is for every body! Class Length: 60 minutes
