Chakra Yoga Series - Begins August 7th

Wednesday Evenings at 6:30pm - August 7, 14, 21, 28, September 4, 11, 18 and 25th

Class Description: There are 7 Chakras or energy centers in the body in which a person’s energy flows through. These energy centers help to regulate many of the body's different processes, from organ function and the immune system to a person’s spiritual and emotional state. Each week we will take a closer look at an individual chakra. The class will include a mediation and a gentle yoga flow to help open and bring balance to the chakra of the week. The final class will combine all chakra flow class. Class Length: 60 minutes

Laura Ries - Instructor

Laura’s passion for self care and feeling good is what lead her to yoga. Yoga’s balance of gentleness and strength has given her a sense of peace and calm that no other form of exercise could. Her intentions are to create balance in the body, as well as awareness and acceptance. She wants students to leave her yoga classes feeling relaxed and refreshed. Laura completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with the College of Lake County. In addition, she is also a licensed massage therapist, certified personal trainer and reiki practitioner.
