Basic Yoga - Starts June 2019

Friday lunchtime at 12:00pm - June 7, 14, 21, 28 July 5 and 12
Class Description: Begin to explore the basics of yoga. This class will focus on foundational yoga poses, turning into the alignment of postures with the connection of movement and breath. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for gentle and balanced practice. Class Length - 45 minutes -Lunchtime, 60 minutes - Evening
Laura Ries - Instructor
Laura’s passion for self care and feeling good is what lead her to yoga. Yoga’s balance of gentleness and strength has given her a sense of peace and calm that no other form of exercise could. Her intentions are to create balance in the body, as well as awareness and acceptance. She wants students to leave her yoga classes feeling relaxed and refreshed. Laura completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with the College of Lake County. In addition, she is also a licensed massage therapist, certified personal trainer and reiki practitioner.
